Domestic Project - Camberley

All gaps in the floor were filled with reclaimed Pine Slivers. The redundant Hearth was removed and patched in reclaimed Pine boards. The Joists were strengthened between the two rooms to stop movement and the floors were sanded and finished with matt lacquer.

Down Hall Hotel

Floor sanded and finished with custom mixed stain & Loba Supra ceramic lacquer.

Pre-finished Oak Engineered boards laid to serviced offices.

Brunell House - Commercial Floor Sanding

Reclaimed Beech - Hitchin,

The existing timber floor was overlaid with 6mm Plywood. The reclaimed Beech Blocks sourced and prepared for installation on site. The floors were laid in Herringbone pattern with 2-block border. The floors were fully sanded, filled with specialist filler and finished with matt waxoil.

Domestic Project - Kent,

Blocks were correctly stacked for acclimatisation, then laid sanded and sealed in the lounge, dining room and hallway.

Memorial Hall

Floor finished with 3 coats of commercial grade lacquer and custom mixed line marking paint.

Reclaimed Iroko strips

Reclaimed Iroko strip boards were taken from an Odeon Cinema originally built in the 1930s. The boards were secretly screwed to the joists using specialist screws, then sanded, filled and finished with lacquer.

Primary School

New understructure: Laser levelled to ensure the level of the new floor was correct and also to overcome uneven sub-floor. The installation of new Canadian Maple boards using secret nailing fixing method. Then the application of water based commercial grade Lacquer midway through the finishing process. The new floor extension is an excellent match to the existing.

Reclaimed Pine Parquet

Setting out with the crown line, the Herringbone field was laid ready for cutting out and installing borders. The borders were cut out ready for installation - then a rough cut to flatten the floor. Followed by further cleaning up of the field during the sanding process. This floor looks outstanding with the satin lacquer finish.

Herne School Hall

A tired old Junckers School Hall was in desperate need of some attention. We removed the old finish with the drum sander, then did a final sand with the Trio to remove all sanding marks and finished.
